I believe so strongly that mainstream media has a lot of responsibility for the bad leadership decisions people are making. No matter how much fact-checking they claim to do, the wording they choose in presenting stories distorts the truth. And they are unconscionably selective about what they do/don't say. For example, although I don't particularly like Joe Biden, they NEVER FAILED to point out every instance that his speech was confused or he "walked stiffly". Yet NEVER a word about Trump's many incoherent rambles or declining physical appearance. I object because this skewed reporting gives voters false information to base their decisions on. It is obviously a thumb on the scale.

The complete abdication of corporate media is something future scholars will study. It's an outrage. One reason I'm building (and now expanding Let's Address This) on the state level is to fill that void with facts and integrity.
