Why Your Support Matters To Me
Here's what I learned from a comprehensive poll of you, my amazing Readers
Did you know that we’ve officially surpassed 400 articles and podcasts on Let’s Address This with Qasim Rashid?
I launched Let’s Address This just over a year ago to ensure my readers had timely, critical, and accurate information on the human rights issues that impact us all. We now surpass a movement of more than 130,000 subscribers, more than 2 million monthly reads, and more than 400 published pieces.
You. Made. This. Possible! Thank you!
And, I wanted to know what matters most to you? So, I partnered with a polling firm to listen to you and ask you what matters most? Your feedback has been vital, and I want to share the four most important learning lessons below. Let’s Address This.
Four Lessons Learned
You Trust Me and My Scholarship: You shared that you subscribe to Let’s Address This because it provides timely and trustworthy information on the human rights issues we all care about, especially as corporate media ignores them. I am truly grateful to have your trust, as that currency is priceless. You can count on me to continue to provide accurate and timely information, always.
You Want Organization and Communication: You want better organization and access to my published writing. An easier way to find past articles or interviews, especially when you want to share with your network, on social media, or to look up a receipt. We have a solution! We’ve built a page that allows you to quickly search these 400+ and growing pieces of content, and share at will. This page will be regularly updated with new content as it happens:
This page also improves communication, as it allows you to submit questions and suggestions directly to me on topics you’d like me to cover in the future.
You Want More Calls to Action: More than 70% of you stated that while you appreciate the petitions, public marches, and candidates for office to support in response to the growing fascism in our country—you want MORE. More ways to uphold justice. More actions to demand accountability. More calls to protect our Constitution. This is powerful and inspiring, and you have my promise to share more opportunities on how you can get involved to elevate your communities.
You Want to Know How You Can Support Me: Many shared that you immensely trust my content, but don’t know how to support, or how to subscribe, or donate? I answer this below. Your contributions help me maintain integrity, as I remain funded by you (my readers). They help me invest the critical time necessary to research these changing developments as they happen—that includes reading and analyzing new proposed laws, studying and breaking down Supreme Court decisions, and researching the impact of new policies impacting our rights. Your donations help drive Let’s Address This. Therefore, I leave you with the below three calls to action.
My Three Calls To Action
I hope you choose to complete at least 1 of these three calls to action. Your support has gotten us this far, and your support will elevate Let’s Address This to new success.

A Final Word
My mission remains clear and firm—uphold absolute justice and human rights in all I do and advocate, and do so without billionaire support. Instead, do so with the people, by the people, and for the people. This is why I seek and want your support. Help me build a future more committed to justice and universal human rights. Subscribe, share, and let’s remain relentless in our mission for a more perfect Union.
Thank you for your trust.❤️
Sincerely,
Qasim
Omgoodness that published archive is YES!!!🙌 I’m older & I love being able to easily reference.
Your substack matters to me, not only do you tell us the objective truth. You also bring the receipts. Some truths are hard to hear. And during the 2024 election any criticism of "our" candidate may sway someones mind. Even when we realized the alternative. But they made the mistakes, not you. And your legal background makes you able to answer legal questions without having to consult someone also. I have good instinct of knowing what is true or a lie. But to prove it takes some effort, thats why lies are so effective. They require only imagination. And you're particularly good at that.
