I am Jewish, so this is a familiar story. It seems impossible for humans to accept differences of creed and color, but that is where human delight resides. Our origin stories, food, culture, language--we can learn so much from each other. Why so much fear and hatred?

Please know that we . . . who by far outnumber the haters . . . stand behind you, support you and weep with you and all the survivors of this horrendous event on American soil. Again.
Just when I think that maybe sanity and humanity is on the rise and may overtake the hatred and prejudice that is pervading our society since...maybe the civil war, maybe the elections of donald trump, more vile snakes commit these horrendous acts. And making it so much worse is the hateful, truly hateful, rhetoric of citizens who gloat and spew more hate. The murderers were young boys who were responding to hate and prejudice they heard from media, and adults in their orbit . But the horrible evil that supposedly normal citizens have gone out of their way to proclaim to the world is mostly from adults that you would hope would have more measured, reasonable reactions. Most days lately I physically feel that my head is ready to explode with all the evil and dark hatred that is permeating our society.
Another hateful & senseless tragedy, I’m so sorry for these victims of white supremacist violence. White supremacy was a foundation of this country, & has destroyed so many lives over the 250 years, & sadly, our schools usually gloss over it. We need to do better. Educate, call it out, stand up to it, & cut ties as needed.

The fact that these white online nuts would celebrate any Muslim’s death and then show no sadness at the white shooter who killed himself demonstrates their complete lack of humanity.
We are all the children of God. We worship in different ways but we are all God’s children. Killing each other is not the answer on any side. Too often politicians and leaders turn our faith against God.
