The irony is, the authors of P25, P26, and beyond are the deep state!

Numbers 4 & 5 are what I've been following most closely, & with the DOJ suing MA, along w numerous states, for voter rolls, it's clear voter suppression is in full swing. Pairing voter suppression w ed overhaul is a predictable disaster, the boot on the throat of independence 😳 MA AG says he absolutely is not handing over voter rolls & I certainly hope this holds true.

As the government turns my country into something don't recognize, and up is down, in is out, and lies are sold as truth, reading your wisdom keeps me sane. Thank you, Qasim.

My long term strategy...

"Think Global : Fix Local" - Jstn Green

Elect good people with solid moral compass (intelligence, compassion and empathy, not some random religious doctrine), then push them up the "ladder" as quickly as possible.

Thank you Qasim for what must have been an ordeal reading through this vile doc.

It also reminded me of the fact that we are pushing towards our version of Matrazas and we really should think thrice what those “schools” have done to Afghanistan, especially to Afghan women and girls.

So, I appreciate you, Qasim.

The Heritage Foundation's Project 2026 continues the horrid hoarding hateful bullshit.

If we don't fight back with our votes and our voices, we may be done.

Thank you, Qasim, for yet another post for my save file.

The truth is that Heritage is out to destroy the country. They want full power. They consider the citizens idiots, which I agree with. I won’t go into the specifics of this. I view everything with a realistic eye. All of our laws are being trampled upon, and the federal courts are powerless to enforce said laws. Now what? I know what I think we should do, but then I would be called a terrorist. We are called that anyway. In summary, they are taking everything away from us, and they are going to come after us anyway. So we have nothing to lose. We are losing it as we are talking about this. As Beau would say, it’s just a thought.

Florida is like the blueprint for the "plan". I won't go into great detail but we are a militarized state. Look up the 287(g). Look up how we already have incorporated heritage into our schools. I live in one of the reddest parts of the country but I also have a moral compass so when people were first being taken, entire construction sites abandoned, lawn service business gone. I dove into research. We are one step ahead of the insanity that the rest of america is going through right now. We have been living it for awhile. The only thing I found to do was raise awareness through social media. And I hate it. However there never was a question to sit back and watch. I can't even tell you how many times I have sent reports on Alligator Alcatrez to different humanitarian groups. I cried when I saw the report Amensty International made. Not only because of the abuse but I felt "heard". I know it wasn't just me making reports but I felt seen. So when I read your article just now, I know it's true. I dug into my Governors money trail and just kept for months putting it out to newspapers, politicians, etc. Now he is being caught up in a 37 million dollar scandal. Speaking out is very uncomfortable. Making someone look twice at situations. I choose to go right to their social media pages. Ask the same questions I know they won't answer but other people see those questions. Raising awareness has been my only resource here. Being complicit will never be an option.

To add to your top-rate analysis & wise counsel…

Economic decoupling makes sense only in becoming less dependent on China for certain items, especially critical ones, for our own security, meaning becoming self-sufficient by producing those items ourselves (first choice) or trading with friendlier, more trustworthy partners for those items. But maintaining economic ties as well as collaborating with China to solve crucial international problems is one of the best ways to prevent relations from going downhill to where conflict might occur.

Trump has already critically downgraded certain international defense capabilities, including intelligence, while alienating our erstwhile allies leaving us much more vulnerable with no one likely to come help defend us if we need it (which is becoming more likely because of his reckless actions), & has lost international good will & “soft power” by withdrawing international aid, while leading previous recipients to look to China to fill the gap. Very irresponsible!

Much government spending has a greater return on investment, making people better off while adding more overall revenue to the government. Trump’s reckless military spending, subsidies to highly polluting industries, tax slashes, deregulation, high tariffs, cutting or elimination of programs with a high ROI, looting of the treasury & crooked adventures are some of the reasons for rising inflation.

Their attacks on climate & the environment by promoting filthy fossil fuels & demoting cleaner, cheaper renewable energy is contrary to our well-being in almost every way: environmentally, healthwise, socially & economically, & we fall competitively further & further behind the rest of the world, especially China (note how after spotlighting China as our main threat, just about everything else they urge makes us more vulnerable to & less competitive to China, putting us at a greater disadvantage overall with China).

Their attacks on democracy go beyond voter suppression & gerrymandering, as bad they are. They have tried to rig elections electronically, using algorithms & tampered computer software & hardware to add, change or subtract votes. It is essential we be vigilant over each election to make sure there’s no fraud, and in any case where suspicious anomalies occur in the results, we must challenge them & demand a recount if not a forensic audit.

Everything you stated is true. I have learned even more, but the overload of what this regime is doing against us is beyond the scope of listing. Also, he’s setting us up for war. We are a pariah on the world stage. Never a malignant cancer could move this fast.

If they are worried about China having a monopoly on things we need, why don't we try to develop our own supply, or learn to do without (Do we truly need cell phones using lithium? We didn't used to.), or develop friendly relations with China?

Strong analysis of the deregulation framing in section 2. The corporate price gouging piece is critical, because when Heritage blames inflation purely on government spending, they're ignoring documented markups that companys used as cover during supply disruptions. I worked in retail supply chain managment during the pandemic, and we saw firsthand how price increases far outpaced actual cost increases for alot of products. The RAND finding on $79T wealth transfer is staggering and really underscores the stakes here.
