My neice converted and she was raised Catholic but non of us are pra'scticing and I left that Chaursh at age 15 1/2 I have looked into all the different sects and I prefer Sufism. I do have major concerns over Sha'ria law I have to admit. I do follow and love Shahid King Bolsen, an american born white who's parents were Irish and German. He is the voice of truth and realism. My children and grandchildren are Native American....
I remember Nixon man at the time Pat Buchanan writing about how they barely stopped the universal basic minimum income under President Richard Nixon......if only they had passed it !!! What a difference!!!
And no interest loans to buy houses....what if instead of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac discrimination in favor of people with wealth and high incomes and good credit and government jobs.....giving them low interest loans....while I have been paying 10% on contract on a house I'm about to lose due to financial impact of Hate Crimes....with no government help.....my friend with a government job about a block away got a $12,000 cash to purchase house plus a low interest government loan and $20,000 grant from the city government here to put on a new roof and redo the fireplace and other improvements.
I got none of that assistance and my overpriced $26,500 home is assessed at almost 3 times that forcing me to pay way more than fair property taxes....
Imagine a simple alternative......one time in your life you could get say ....$100,000 housing loan with no interest.....if you have grants they should be either for everyone or for people who need the help......
Just some thoughts......I don't usually argue religion.....but I'm not afraid that New York City is going to start stoning or beheading people like Saudi Arabia......and neither American Monopoly Party cares about that !!!
Right now here 1st time Homebuyers with high income and good credit get $12,500 towards down payment and closing costs......minimum wage workers get absolutely Zero !!!
And people just try to raise money to help buy homes through GoFundMe ......good luck!!!
Thank you for these comments which are very universal. I have often said billionaires who are sitting on 'illusory' wealth (because a stock market jolt would shed much of it) should be taxed to help to adjust the extreme inequalities that currently exist.

Thank you for explaining this. I have a social media friend from Egypt who lives/works in UAE. He is Muslim and we have had many conversations about Islam, Gaza, Egypt, and life in general. He is a delight. I am an atheist, yet he treats me like a human being with a fully functioning mind and a genuine concern for other people, especially those who are marginalized and lied about.
I'm tired of seeing Muslims, and Arabs in general, labeled terrorists merely for the audacity of existing. I'm sure there are things in the Quran that would strike me as being wrong, perhaps even immoral. But the same can be said for the Old Testament. So-called Christians nitpick the Quran for the parts that are scary... while ignoring the parts of the Bible that are horrifying. They point out autocratic/theocratic countries that oppress their citizens and justify it with the Quran, then they insist that this is what Muslims consider to be the ideal. Meanwhile, they're doing everything they can to make the USA resemble those countries, but with a cross instead of a crescent.
It sounds perfect to me! Of course a lot of religion and governance sound great-it's just the way it is applied that is the drawback. The laws against hoarding wealth and guaranteeing the basics to every citizen is what I dream of someday achieving in our America. God willing!
