This framing matters. Burnout isn’t a personal failure, it’s the business model of unjust systems. Treating rest, boundaries, and presence as strategy instead of self-indulgence flips the script. You’re naming what a lot of people feel but haven’t been given language for yet. Also, any recap that pairs human rights with a perfectly awful dad joke understands the full spectrum of resistance.
