Nor have we recovered from any of the wars the US have been involved with… hey wait! The US has been involved with virtually all major wars during my lifetime! I personally will never get “over” the loss of my father in the “Korean” war, and I am 75. How about all of those who survive people who have died in Israel and Palestine, not to mention many other places in the world today. Spouses, daughters, sons, parents, friends and so on will suffer likely for the rest of their lives from the loss of their loved ones. The damage that results from war is felt forever. That sums up my thoughts on this gruesome anniversary.
