I live in NC. This isn't the first time Don Davis has disappointingly chosen self over serving his constituents. He doesn't respond well to messages concerning pending legislation either. Then again, neither does Ted Budd. Tillis at least listens and will respond, even if he disagrees.
With the passage of the Defense bill with the Futures Act of 2026 (S3855) which merges the militaries and intelligence agencies of Israel and the US, if you read the wording carefully, if Trump decides not to relinquish any power at midterm or later, this bill will allow him to embed IDF, with their violent tactics, into our homeland security, our troops, our "security" agencies. With ICE already setting the precedent for mask-wearing, protesters will believe those firing on them are American Trump supporters or our own troops. This all has the possibility of starting the coup/civil war needed by Trump and Netanyahu to keep Trump in power as president/dictator and to further empower Israel in its control over the United States.
