Although I celebrate the win of the Birthright Citizenship, which I support 100 percent, at the same time, yes the vote should have been unanimous, and I am still very worried about ongoing safety of and cruelty towards immigrants. The money flow and powers that have been granted ICE must be stopped. Until ICE is abolished and the the money stops flowing to them altogether I am very worried about immigrants being safe in this country. We have to stop the militarized state. Legislation to protect immigrants would have more gravity if we stopped this violent, militant ICE machine. They just seem to have this new level of immunity and/or new level of self-governance that is extremely dangerous, that has to be dismantled.

The 14th amendment is written in plain English that appears to confuse and bewilder at least 3 of these Justices. If they cannot grasp the context and intent of that amendment they need to be removed. They lack the capacity to grasp the obvious.

- RANDOMLY assign 13 per case, with 2 alternates.
- SELECT Justices based on merit, reputation, and peer input and not just from presidential appointment.
- REMOVE predictability. If no one knows which justices will hear a case until right before, special interests can’t rig the outcomes.
Right now, you can PREDICT most decisions based on who appointed the judge. That’s NOT JUSTICE it’s Partisanship. An expanded and randomized Court makes decisions less political, fairer, and more resistant to outside influence. As it is these NINE have a tremendous amount of concentrated power. They know the value if their votes, Just ask Justice Thomas Im sure he has figured out what to charge for his support.

But let's talk about the trans athletes. I have fought for equality and justice all my life (I'm 81). However, I have long had qualms about the fairness of a male who has reached puberty, is full of testosterone, already has developed muscles, .... THEN making the change to femaleness, ... that it is an unfair advantage against the females. I DON'T KNOW THE SOLUTION, BUT there is a problem, and rules, testing, parameters need to be worked out for all involved -- and quickly, because an athlete's life is best when young. ....... now, before everyone jumps on me, as a bigot, ... I had a niece for 15 years, who became my nephew, and I love him the same.
I had to study and learn about trans, but I am an open curious person, who lives by science. I didn't know that trans has been on this earth forever, that we are a spectrum, continuum, and now I do. As for how it's going to help: it isn't just the legal text of the amendment I've been working on, it's the political strategy as well. What I realized was that Trump was going to—and in fact, now already has—created a unity of beliefs amongst the American people like we haven't seen in longer than the four decades I've been alive.
That belief is "Our government does not have our best interests at heart." That's been a running undercurrent of dissatisfaction in America over the last couple decades, but now it's overt and angry. Unlike the furor about trans people, and about Iran, and about Israel, and about abortion, and all of the others, the Dems and the GOP can't use this to divide the public, because the public can see very clearly that this is an "us vs both of them" scenario. The two parties are, right now, more vulnerable than they have been since our country's founding, all because of the unprecedented unity that Trump has inspired.
I'm not a politician. I do know how the political system works, though, as does UTW's political strategy team. We Americans have the chance to do something unprecedented in 2026; the only thing that is required is that we get the word out.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden legislature to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right to sue for equity under the law.
He has called together unelected government agencies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and in ignorance of the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing the people into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved States’ rights repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such invasions, to cause others to be protected under the law, the States remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion and convulsions within.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the rights of the people.

He has abdicated State governments by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

So did the SuCo decision overturn state laws allowing trans kids to play sports in states where it’s permitted? Or did it just give states with laws against them playing the right to continue to do so? I couldn’t tell.

Giving billionaires a blank check, is so ridiculous and cruel, emphasizing $$ instead of integrity. We already have a ridiculous campaign set-up with millions spent, and my small hope was that after Dems took majority, we could overturn Citizens United .... boy, am I silly.
But let's talk about the trans athletes. I have fought for equality and justice all my life (I'm 81). However, I have long had qualms about the fairness of a male who has reached puberty, is full of testosterone, already has developed muscles, .... THEN making the change to femaleness, ... that it is an unfair advantage against the females. I DON'T KNOW THE SOLUTION, BUT there is a problem, and rules, testing, parameters need to be worked out for all involved -- and quickly, because an athlete's life is best when young. ....... now, before everyone jumps on me, as a bigot, ... I had a niece for 15 years, who became my nephew, and I love him the same.
I had to study and learn about trans, but I am an open curious person, who lives by science. I didn't know that trans has been on this earth forever, that we are a spectrum, continuum, and now I do. Rarely are things black and white. Heavy-duty things need thoughtful analysis and humble people. ..... look at the Mid East (forever).

I am glad birthright citizenship squeaked past SCOTUS. I deplore the cruelty of the trans kids sports ban (have a trans nephew). But I agree that no spending limits on dark money sells our crumbling democracy to the ones with the most cash to spend.
I started preparing UTW six months ago because these are exactly the kind of electoral shenanigans I figured we'd start seeing right around now. That's why, when we ratify the No Confidence amendment, it will vacate every decision made by the Supreme Court since the most recent justice was confirmed.
The US is now in the last resort, endgame scenario, and that's what I designed UTW and No Confidence to deal with. We cannot keep playing the game presented to us or we will die as a country. We must write new rules, before it's too late.

What does UTW stand for and how is this going to help?
UTW is the newsletter, podcast, YouTube series, and activist movement I'm launching this week! It is short for "Unfucking The World", and you can find out more on the project's homepage at https://UTW.vote/.
As for how it's going to help: it isn't just the legal text of the amendment I've been working on, it's the political strategy as well. What I realized was that Trump was going to—and in fact, now already has—created a unity of beliefs amongst the American people like we haven't seen in longer than the four decades I've been alive.
That belief is "Our government does not have our best interests at heart." That's been a running undercurrent of dissatisfaction in America over the last couple decades, but now it's overt and angry. Unlike the furor about trans people, and about Iran, and about Israel, and about abortion, and all of the others, the Dems and the GOP can't use this to divide the public, because the public can see very clearly that this is an "us vs both of them" scenario. The two parties are, right now, more vulnerable than they have been since our country's founding, all because of the unprecedented unity that Trump has inspired.
I'm not a politician. I do know how the political system works, though, as does UTW's political strategy team. We Americans have the chance to do something unprecedented in 2026; the only thing that is required is that we get the word out.
