Thank you for running.

The Congressional Progressive Caucus held a shadow hearing on the "Medicare for All Act" on July 22, 2026, to explain and promote Single Payer Universal Healthcare / National Improved Medicare for All.

For young people who are currently too young to vote, a shadow hearing is a walk-through of what it will look like in the Capitol when we finally have the votes to pass Senate Bill 1506 / HR 3069.

With each day, thanks to everyone’s historic level of support from California to Utah to Nevada to Texas to Wisconsin to Michigan to Pennsylvania and New York, our bill is getting closer and closer to getting across the line.

We will get it across the line.

Let’s go Wisconsin. Let’s go.

All oars in now.

Ms Hong sounds good. I hear from so many people that are democrats that the Left leaning peoples for any position will not win if they are too Progressive? Yet time and again polling shows that people want those progressive ideas. I'm afraid that because of this prehistoric thinking that those democratic voters will still elect the centrist and not take a chance on progressive candidates. How can this be argued that if they vote for another do nothing centrist that nothing will ever get done? This kind of thinking will possibly split the democratic voter and allow republicans to win. I know they say vote in the millions but if it's only for those that want to go back to the way things were and will face another "messiah" like trump again down the road. To my mind you're either a Left leaning party or you're not!

A clear, well-informed candidate. Thanks for giving her this platform to explain her views and experience.

The design of this country is to have a government OF, BY AND FOR the PEOPLE!

Thank you for bringing candidates we can count on to your program. Truly appreciated! . Note to U.S. idiots…these new candidates of the PEOPLE will take years to correct the damage of an administration of Convicted felons and multi-criminals and traitors. Put them in and HELP them. Remember who put us here! RepugnantCons and corporate Dems.

We need extreme change! There are no miracle cures..only our determination!

Curious where she stands on gerrymandering Wisconsin to make it more balanced, at the bare minimum. 6-2 Republicans vs Dem reps needs to end in a state that’s 50/50.

I really like her! She's clear, straightforward, articulate & endearing, & stands on the correct side of all the issues. What's not to like about her?

Karen Colaric's avatar

Wow, her articulation of the truth and lies about the causes and responsible parties involved in the genocide in Palestine were some of the best I’ve heard.

Fantastic. Sending my support from CA. I wish we had a candidate this authentic and straight speaking. Good luck and power on.

Wisconsin, not especially known for its diversity, has a novel opportunity to prove to outsiders that it is not the monolithic white power state it so often presents itself to be. It is a beautiful state geographically, let us see that it's voters are beautiful politically.

And an extraordinarily qualified candidate at that.

Good questions, Qasim, and her answers are sincere and on point. Hope she wins.

Rep. Hong sounds like a winner. Where does she stand on judicial reform?
