I got kicked off Facebook a year ago when I said the people cutting health care are murderers. I don't miss Facebook and I still say our government is complicit in the deaths of thousands of our citizens.

Money and will to destroy humanity, but not to improve it. We need to implement a collaborated effort to end the cult of rugged macho individualism.

A hat I recently purchased states: “healthcare for profit is a crime against humanity.“

I suppose the billionaires are just waiting for AI and robots to be able to replace all workers. Then they won’t need the rest of us for anything and can just finish us off. Depriving people of necessary health care is really a sad commentary on our sick society. Hillary was right, it’s deplorable - but I’m not sure who’s worse, MAGA or the bros.

I will state this very simply. The Trump regime is the regime of death. The White House is the now the Death House.

Where did the $1,000,000,000,000 go? Or remain? (Asked optimistically, thinking maybe it can be retrieved, or restored.)

I went to pay for the $2.1T in tax cuts for billionaires.

...when they already had the highest proportion of wealth compared to the rest of the nation in US history. The growing disparity in wealth & power between rich & poor has continued unabated since 1980, in fact has recently been accelerating.

The income limits to qualify for Medicaid, need to accommodate the large increases in housing/apt living spaces, even those tax credit properties. Other increased costs keep on coming, as President Trump continues Project 2025.

There shouldn't be income limits. Healthcare should simply be a human right, period.

This would be great, as someone who has had a rare condition with needed trauma surgery…, and as a daughter of a dad who racked up unthinkable costs for his ALS care, before he died. One can lose all they’ve earned. I had worked in healthcare as a OT, until I couldn’t in 2020. I have volunteered for medical studies to get healthcare. I am grateful to be in a blue state, and being at a great medical teaching hospital, called OHSU, Portland OR. My grandfather had been a Dr. , who died young of TB. I believe in Science and the advocacy OHSU promotes.

Any cuts to any healthcare services is absolutely unacceptable! How can everyone stay healthy if healthcare costs an arm and a leg? As Bernie Sanders so often says, “Healthcare is a human right.”

…”an arm and a leg”….funny. in a gallows humor way

It’s an old expression to describe something that is very expensive.
