Today I had the chance to speak with Melissa Toufanian, who serves as the Managing Director of Navigator Research. Melissa is a nationally recognized expert who leads the development and distribution of effective messaging and polling on the issues that matter most to the American public.
She previously served at the U.S. Department of State as Senior Advisor to the Secretary and Deputy Assistant Secretary, and in communications roles supporting the Secretary of State and department spokesperson, including in the Obama administration during negotiations with Iran and the U.S. embassy reopening in Cuba.
