We’ve got a painful but necessary conversation today. I’m talking about the horrific sexual assault allegations at Cornell University, the institution’s response, and what this case reveals about the systems that protect men while failing survivors.

Since I wrote about Cornell, dozens of women have reached out describing almost identical experiences. This goes far beyond one university. And men, this conversation is especially for us. Saying “not all men” does nothing to stop the violence or hold anyone accountable.
