Everyone has to educate their House and Senate representatives about Trump raping women and children. Everyone has to educate them that Trump is doing everything in his power to cover that up. Almost everyone in Trump’s network has previously helped him cover up his crimes against women and children. Call, write letters and emails to your representatives.

What is the potential legal liability created for individuals or institutions providing sanctuary to undocumented immigrants? Also, about 287g agreements, in one part you describe them as mandatory requirements to provide local assistance to federal law-enforcement and, in another place, you indicate that these only apply places where there have been voluntary agreements. (Thanks for your chart. I checked and was gratified to see that my home state of Virginia does not have any such agreements.) But the juxtaposition of mandatory requirements with voluntary agreements is confusing. Can you clarify how this works? Thanks!
My city and county don’t have a 287g agreement with ICE, but are still helping them move and arrest protesters blocking ICE and move barricades allowing ICE to drive away with our kidnapped neighbors. How can we hold our local government and PD accountable for allowing ICE to terrorize our neighborhoods?

I didn't see any California police agencies on that list. However, the Fresno County sheriff Zanoni has said this week that he will cooperate with ICE.

Thank you for doing what you do. I'm an elementary school teacher, and I have nightmares weekly about ICE coming to take one of our kids. My district has a trust policy, thankfully, and does not cooperate with ice, but still - three families in our school have already made the heartwrenching choice to go back to the countries they just recently left, because they are afraid of being forcibly deported to somewhere they won't have any choice in. It is heartbreakinf, and infuriating. I called my rep about it again today :(

Tennessee highway patrol has a 287g; task force model. They have also added other counties to the list.
