I don’t purchase any Tyson products. Curious if this regime will just walk over any laws put in place. I do know without the receipts the goal is to depopulate by billions. Could this be part of the plan? Not trying to be a conspiracy theorist, but they just disabled the scientific weather and atmospheric research studies in Colorado. I just read it, so I don’t always retain everything correctly. If someone has more specific information please correct me.
The Tyson greenwashing settlement is huge and gets way less attention than it deserves. Industrial ag has been hiding behind net-zero marketing for years while their methane footprint rivals entire fossil fuel companies. What makes Earthjustice effective is they're not asking nicely for voluntary compliance, they're using existing statutes to force accountability through courts. The Everglades detention case shows how environmental and immigration policy get weaponized together when enforcement ignores mandtory review processes. Rule of law only means something if someone's willing to enforce it.
This is what accountability looks like when it puts on boots and reads the fine print. While politicians argue vibes, Earthjustice shows up with facts, law, and receipts. Turns out the rule of law still works when someone actually insists on using it. Climate justice isn’t abstract. It’s enforced.
