I sure would delay the start date until the fall. The weather in the South is brutal in August making it likely people will pass out walking along in the heat and humidity. Of course, this would be a reminder of what slaves had to endure in the bad old days.
The Civil Rights Museum in Memphis is a treasure and a perfect destination for the march.
This is what those of us watching in horror from outside the States have been hoping and praying to see. Substack is all very well, but you really need bodies out there on the street. With the way The Fapweasel (Trump) is running things, into the ground, we need to bring back the tactics we used in the civil rights era, like marches & protests. We also need people like you to be a voice for the people who are getting disenfranchised. Keep up the good work.
