Thank you for your posts. We need a few strong Democrats to stand up to Trump. So far the Democrats are being ‘too polite’, I expected much more ‘push back ‘ during Trumps speech. He comes out punching us, we have to punch back, otherwise we look like ‘wimps’ if we just smile and say thank you!!! Bernie Saunders is doing the job that the Democrats should be doing.

With 125,000 subscribers that means $625,000 a month. I carefully read and appreciate all of your posts. I live on social security and cannot afford all the subscriptions I’m asked to support. And what will happen to me when Musk kills my social security?
I have the same concern about my social security, and I wish I could subscribe on more than the basic paid level. I've got way too many subscriptions for my income, and they are all valuable to me, but this blog stands out as a source of sane, actionable analysis. Thank you, Qasim (I did all three on your list)!
1. A tiny fraction of the 125,000 subs are paid subs. Most are free subs.
2. My content will always remain free to access, and never behind a paywall. I never want to be a financial burden on anyone for any reason.
3. I’m going to continue to do everything in my power to advocate for and protect social security, Medicaid, and economic justice for all people, especially those most in need.
