Why Your Support Matters To Me
My sincere ask of you to complete one, two, or all three calls to action I list here (but hopefully at least one call to action)
I launched Let’s Address This with Qasim Rashid 15 months ago to ensure my readers had timely, critical, and accurate information on the human rights issues that impact us all.
As we near our 500th published piece, here’s a snapshot of why you subscribed:
My Three Calls To Action
Therefore, here are my 3 calls to action—I hope you choose to complete at least 1 of them. Your support has gotten us this far, and your support will elevate Let’s Address This to the next level (especially as we face a fascist President).

A Final Word
Donald Trump has now passed the “Big Ugly Bill.” This fascist piece of legislation includes billions for mass deportations, gutting healthcare for 16 million Americans, massive tax cuts for the wealthy, and guaranteed poverty for the working class. Corporate media has already kissed his ring, and will not have the courage or integrity to push back, hold him accountable, or convey accurate information.
My mission remains clear and firm—uphold absolute justice and human rights in all I do and advocate, and do so without billionaire support. Instead, do so with the people, by the people, and for the people. This is why I seek and want your support. Every dollar we spend is a vote for the kind of future we want. Help me build a future more committed to justice and universal human rights. Subscribe, share, and let’s remain relentless in our mission for a more perfect Union.
Thank you for your trust.❤️
Sincerely,
Qasim
Appreciate you so much, Qasim! 🇵🇸
🫶 glad to support you!
Qasim you do deserve monetary gain, it can't be cheap to do the outreach that you do. Yet lets face it, the people following you via this website don't have unlimited wealth. I'm grateful that you keep FREE subscriptions and if I could afford it I would gladly give you what I see as your worth and I don't even live there! After Trump is dead and gone people will be forced to pay subscriptions, similar to how they used to pay for a newspaper. Now newspapers and televised "truth tellers" will understand fully the way substack tells them the truth. The mainstream media will either join in or opt out according to their "bottom line." Actually several of them have made that choice! Kudo's to you Qasim for fighting for us.
