David Hogg is one of my heroes. He is wrong to try to unseat members of Congress from safe seats. Those folks will help democrats reclaim the House!
Save your replacements for when we have a safe majority and can protect democracy.
AND he’s doubly wrong to try this risky stunt while trying to hold a job at the Democratic National Committee. It could surely use his energy and values - but working from the inside is so very different from his other chosen role.
I think the point is these are safe blue seats with Dems who are not doing their jobs.
For example, Why allow a Dem to stay in a safe blue seat when he voted with MAGA to gut the ACA and repeal the Americans with Disabilities Act? This isn’t a hypothetical—Dems are actually and have actually voted that way. Why give them the right to represent us?
