What a week. Qasim, re: Joe Walsh, good riddance to bad rubbish! That photo in TN took me back to being a 9yo and seeing it on the news - here in SF where I grew up. I was saddened and confused by what happened, it registered strongly in my young heart and mind for sure though I didn't have the language for it, except knowing it was WRONG. Thank you for this pilgrimage and reporting.
I can’t believe what happened to you and apparently continues. It’s very hard to believe we are living in a democracy where we have 1st amendment protections. Know you have a lot of people on your side
You are such a strong person, Qasim. I don't know how you do it but you were meant to be this person. Now there is the additional challenge coming up with the usual attitudes surrounding 9/11. And we don't know any of the true story surrounding this day. So much deception and lying.
