I can't vote in Texas but if I could my mark would be on Hinojosa for Governor. If for no other reason than to retire Abbott to nonentity. Unfortunately, in our two party "democracy" Gina needs a majority in the Texas Legislature. Without it, she can do nothing to restore democracy to Texas, to eliminate the corruption, the ol' boys network. She needs an upwelling of female candidates. And the machine politics of Texas would rather bury women than elect them.
I am so sick of getting repeated requests for money. Yes, I know it's the fault of the (not very) Supreme Court's decision to give away the element of a chance for some fairness in elections to PAC's. But still, it's enough to make me not want to vote (I don't like stepping in shit).

Love those numbers/percentages. It is excellent to see that Texans are , I hope, finally fed up with the suicidal hubris and gross incompetence/corruption of their state governance. To make the reform more lasting opposition candidates for the legislature also need to triumph. (Throw out the bums)

I grew up in Texas and moved away decades ago, but I keep an eye on the Lone Star State and am excited about Gina’s campaign. I have gladly donated to her from California and encourage others outside of Texas to do the same. ¡Buena suerte, Gina! We definitely need to flip all states Blue, but we also need to be careful about who those Democrats are and what “ groups” they actually support. There are way too many corporate Dems who care nothing for “The People”.
I agree to an extent. I was an independent, but just became a Democratic to vote in the FL primaries. Currently, the Republican Party is dead. It exists, but is full of Maggots, oligarchs, white supremisits, and a cult ideology! We need to completely wipe out all these Republicans and vote for Democrats that are not supported by: AI, Crypto, American-Israel PAC, big corporations & oligarchs!
