I would assume the main reason for Muslim's hateful rhetoric against the West is because of our history of warring against one another and because of the West's hateful rhetoric towards Muslims. I admit I don't know which side is more guilty of this or 'who started it', and I don't think that matters for trying to make it stop. I simply accept that this hateful rhetoric and religious intolerance/racism has always been present. Likewise it has always been present between the Muslim, Christian, Jewish and Dharma followers. I believe Religious wars only increase the hate and the lack of trust between them.

Has there been statistical analysis done that proves that when there is the policy of the separation of church and state and when a govt. promotes and practices religious freedom and equity the hateful rhetoric decreases? And the religious wars decrease?

The present regime in our Whitehouse is trying so hard to end the separation of church and state. It terrifies me.

I am unable, being on an age pension that just about gets me from one pension day to the next with nothing left over, to commit to becoming a paid subscriber. However, I can say that any Muslim person I have had the good picture to meet has always been kind and gentle and, have an extraordinary sense of fun. Always ready to help out without being asked and not expecting anything, or even praise, in return.

That's my two cents worth.

This is a great existential jihad, Qasim, as it will affect the fate of more than all of humanity. This is a welcoming gesture for all to join this struggle for survival.

So often ignorance is what propels hatred. The people who hate Muslims often don’t know very much about the faith. Some of them who know a little, their knowledge is based on what they’ve seen of the terrorists, who are the black sheep of the faith, and don’t represent the mainstream. So I think, your new group is a good idea. I wish you all the best.

Hey Qasim! I’m signed up and ready to learn. Two questions tho. Firstly, what does (sa) refer to use when you speak of the Prophet Muhammad? Second, from what language will you be translating words such as iqra? I’m interested in languages. Thanks! ☮️

Thank you for subscribing!

"sa" is an abbreviation of an arabic prayer which translates to "May peace and blessings of God be upon him."

Iqra is Arabic.
