Angie Nixon is proof voting matters and always has. It's not the end-all-be-all, but it's an essential piece of activism. No matter how much activism we do, our candidates won't win if we don't show up.
The DNC has pushed whatever elite corporate capitalist establishment candidate they have wanted for decades… ahead of what the voters want. It is encouraging to see the voters rise up. But the people need to truly unite and rise in support of all.
I’m so glad you threw your support behind Angie prior to the primary. I’m a Florida voter and I was hoping and pushing for her to beat that carpetbagger Vindman.
If only more candidates would remember their reason for running for office in the first place once they win the seat. Unfortunately, so many get lost in more of the politics than staying grounded and connected to their constituents. And I would dare say they get contaminated by more seasoned House Reps and Senators who have lost their focus on doing what’s right. It’s almost like a bad drug habit that they can’t kick. And it happens in both parties. It’s no wonder people choose not to vote. It’s because they feel hopeless given what government has become. But with candidates like Angie Nixon and others and independent credible journalists like yourself reporting the truth, there is still hope.
I had not heard about Vindman and his bigotry until you told me. I switched my monthly contribution from Vindman to Nixon that day. Told my friends who can vote in FL primaries to vote for her. Seriously never thought she'd win with how little I'd heard of her, though.
I’m not a FL voter, but I was thrilled to read about Angie Nixon’s defeat of Vindman. Alex and Rachel Vindman are racist, despicable people who support genocide. They should move to Israel where they would fit in well with the increasingly racist, apartheid minded population.
Although, Vindman was against Trump (as far as I knew). Yet, from this review, Angie Nixon is much more than just "anti-Trump" but represents a platform of policies that many people actually support.

The time has come for Democrats to return to their old values and start working for “the people” instead of corporations and Israel. Enough is enough!! Let’s take this party back and start dumping these corporate pac politicians! We need to STOP the false narrative, that basic human rights are radical ideas.
