Or it will increase drug prices worldwide! They all want more profits and don't care who dies or suffers in any country!

Thank you for letting us know, keeping up with this. My husband and I have not had this extreme a situation, but each week, we spend hours and hours on the phone, checking on insurance coverage, and/or doctors, to see what's covered. We are retired, old, and it is not right, to have to waste our precious few days. I've already paid the $2000 out-of-pocket expense for 2025, but Tues, my husband will begin this, as his eye injection medicine, has risen from zero to $350/shot. As a retired R.N., I've always thought that HEALTH CARE should be a right, not a money-making business -- ghoulish, to say the least.

We are going to have trouble keeping track of all the needless excess deaths arising from Trump, Project 2025, SCOTUS despicable exercise of partisan politics in its decision making re: Trumps many crimes. How much malfeasance and murder can they tolerate? I guess we will find out.

Bernie Sanders is the only politician that consistently states health insurance is a human right. Period. Looking at all the hell that comes from Affordable Care Act being stopped is pure evil. The Republicans working on actively cutting it is immoral and attempted murder. Why not charge them now, because that is what is going to happen.

I am experiencing this in real time. My maintenance inhaler went from $45/month to $270/month in January. I have a good doctor who had her staff find an affordable alternative. It doesn't work as well, but it's keeping me fairly stable.

I've been on this Rollercoaster for the entirety of my adult life. I am 70. I have had asthma since I was a month old. It has taken much of my income yearly and I live in fear that insurance will decide to not cover my Rx. They change per year. One year the Rx in covered, the next it isn't. I am also a cancer survivor from the age of 31. I am an insurance pariah. In the state of IN in 1990, I lost my insurance. To pay for state insurance it was $19,500 per year before there was any payment on any claim. That was the "help" the state was offering for the uninsurable. It was, and is a sure road to bankruptcy and becoming unhoused. The enactment of the Affordable Care Act helped many who were in my situation but it was prohibited from lifting people out of the fear and subsequent poverty that accompanies a cruel society that continues to only think of individual and corporate profits over societal health. Universal health insurance for all!

I live in Australia so my Ventolin costs A$9 (Aus dollar is about 65 American pennies I think). My Breo preventer is $31.60 a month as are the Dupixent injections. When I have gone to Hospital with asthma, all my treatment and accommodation is covered by the Medicare Levy (paid with tax payments) which is affordable and requires no gap payments. Trump has been trying to bully our Prime Minister to raise pharmaceutical prices. Fortunately our elections aren't gerrymandered since an independent electoral commission was set up so our PM knows he would lose his job if he caved in! Americans should look at the way other countries support all their people. The USA could then truly be great.

HELL is absolutely the acronym for the cruel, careless, disregard for human health and life by our medical insurance scam artists. They profit from our sicknesses and deaths. We in the US have the worst healthcare system of any major country in the world. And this regime is poised, via Project 2025, to privatize Medicare to the same companies killing us.

I am an American living in Germany. I am sickened on a regular basis when I hear of the extreme shortfalls of the American medical system and its profit driven impact on people’s lives. No one dies here because medical care is refused. Even visitors are provided needed health care with payment sorted out later, and then the costs are not crippling. For an example see: https://youtu.be/G-p1nP6hH6U?si=lLMPxWBEdUJ4-320.

I have fought for my son’s healthcare needs all his life. United Healthcare is the worst, and surprise, surprise, the one that AARP chose for its pharmacy program for seniors. The pharmacy also could have put his prescription under a charity like

Tell them to report the empty medicine to the FDA’s D.I.C.E. Try this number (but it might have been changed since I used it): 1 (800) 332-1088.

It amazes me that his inhaler medication that he was taking for months, which was affordable, jumped to $700.00 out of pocket without any warning. The insurance company didn’t notify him, he wasn’t warned, he didn’t have time or knowledge to prepare for another cheaper alternative. Just another bites the dust and it’s only part of the business model.

The companies being allowed by Trump to make exorbitant profits and virtually kill those who cannot afford their products should be held to account.

They need protests outside their places of business-I won't say work because these billionaires do not work they enjoy the fruits of workers' labour-the greedy owners or investors won't be there but they will receive the message.

Also the GOP members who are doing this to people who voted them into office deserve to be harassed every chance possible.

They are not people, they are money hungry thieves who get more money in a day than those who work for them get in a year.

Make a stand. Let them know that people power is onto them. They know this is coming and their greed is driving them to amass as much as they can before the shit hits the fan. Same with Drumpf.
