H.R. 6090 expands definition of antisemitism to also include criticism of the State of Israel, which would be an unprecedented restriction of free speech should this bill become law
I say that if they pass this horrible bill limiting freedom of speech we take it a step further. If criticism of the actions of the state of Israel is legally defined as Anti-Semitism, then criticism of the sitting president or past presidents of the United States is Anti-American. So Fox News can be declared Anti-American and we can ban the entire network.

If passed by the Senate and signed by Biden, it must be overturned by SCOTUS. Otherwise the 1A is worthless.
It shouldn’t even get that far but given this Congress and this SCOUTUS, I have my doubts.
