I can understanding why you'd like to put the ordeal with Francis Allman (I won't refer to him as "Judge Allman" as nobody so lacking in judgement and filled with bias should be in a position to judge anyone) behind you.
But, given the complete nonsense of his complaint (didn't cite a single rule he claimed you'd violated, I suspect any competent judge would criticize an attorney who so completely failed to support their argument) and the obvious bias he has against you that he'd try not just once but twice, would you not have a case for filing a complain against HIM with the Florida bar?

HOWEVER, it is clear that Qasim Rashid LIVES by this maxim, and it is one of the reasons I subscribe. The other reason is that I love the take downs that are done with straight FACTS, without the common chaser of VITRIOL. Finding ways to call out hypocrisy and corruption is... #sorrynotsorry ...one of the most Christ-like things an honorable person can do. I do not say this to minimize Mr. Rashid's Muslim faith tradition, but to underscore that people who care for humanity need to find courageous ways to speak truth to power in order to adhere to the basic principles of many faith traditions. I am a practicing Catholic and believe that Pope Leo is another courageous leader who calls out the behavior, like a virtual slap in the face, without pointing a finger to offensive individuals. I do think that WE, the people, need to be direct with people in leadership or individuals within our orbit. Thank you Qasim for providing us with so many great examples of speaking truth to power and refuting immoral ideologies.
I know that you can't be held accountable for what someone else replies to you in that tweet. But also, what that account states doesn't even constitute a violation of free speech. Implicating their families is unessesary. But 1: No names are mentioned and 2: The word they use is "accountable" You can only be held accountable legally. Otherwise it's revenge and it doesn't change anything. A diciplinary board has to agree with his judgement and agree that you should lose your law licence. For something you and someone else you have no connection to says outside of a courtroom about a case you have not been involved in. It's wild.

The Judge obviously needs a lawyer. He needs some help with the law and it's application.
